Clinical Study Of The External Excision And Internal Ligation With Arc-incision & Skin Flap Bridge Operation In The Treatment Of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:To observe and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the external excision and internal ligation with arc-incision & skin flap bridge operation,for its hemorrhoids disease surgery in the clinical application and promotion,to provide objective basis.Methods:Choosing100 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of circular mixed hemorrhoids,according to 1:1 randomized controlled trial,treatment group and control group all have 50 persons.The clinical efficacy,operative time,postoperative complications(anal pain,hemorrhage,edema,dysuria,pendant,degree of scarring,anal stenosis,anal edge leather fat),anal function,wound healing time and recurrence rate were observed and recorded.Results:The treatment group was superior to the control group in the aspects of primary-hemorrhage,edema of anal edge,degree of scarring,anal stenosis,anal edge leather fat,healing time,anal function and recurrence rate,statistically significant(P<0.05);Two groups in clinical cure rate,anal pain(1day?3days?1month),secondary-hemorrhage,dysuria and anal belly are all no statistical significance(P> 0.05);The control group during operation time and anal pain(7days)was superior to the treatment group,statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The external excision and internal ligation with arc-incision & skin flap bridge operation has good curative effect,less edema,low degree of scarring,low anal stenosis,little skin residues,healing fast,low recurrence rate,little effect on function and the anal shape is beautiful and smooth.The curative effect of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids is more effective protect,well function,beautiful shape and low recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
