The Treatment Of Acute Ankle Sprain Clinical Observation With Scattered Stasis Cataplasma

Objective Observation scattered stasis cataplasma in the treatment of acute ankle spr ain clinical curative effect and skin irritation reaction,evaluate clinical curative effect and side effects with scattered stasis cataplasma in treatment of Acute ankle sprains,promote the research and development to provide clinical evidence.Methods 64 patients with standards acute ankle sprain patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group all 32 cases,respectively in the affected part i s stuck outside and scattered stasis cloth paste and scattered stasis cream,before treat ment and after treatment in 2,4,7 days to observe pain,swelling,tenderness,dysfun ction improvement and erythema,itchy skin irritation reaction,according to the standar d for evaluation to the integral,the SPSS 17.0 statistical software was the result of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The treatment group and the control group total effective rate was 100%for both.The second day after treatment,4 days treatment group total integral symptoms and signs were lower than that in control group(P<0.05),the seventh day after treatment symptoms integral treatment group and the control group no significant difference(P>0.05).The second day,the fourth day of the treatment group were significantly lower than pain integral control group(P<0.05),4 days treatment group swelling,dysfunction scores were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),4,7 days of treatment group pressure integral were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The treatment group control of skin irritation reaction score were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Scattered stasis paste and scattered stasis and made in the treatment of acute ankle sprain clinical curative effect is satisfied,scattered stasis to patients and made the improvement of local tenderness is better than that of scattered stasis paste.For pain,swelling,function obstacle of symptoms and signs,scattered stasis and made a scattered stasis paste work quickly,but in the end there,and effect of scattered stasis and made skin irritation reaction smaller.
