ObjectiveTo compare the clinical curative effect of acupoint injection, the primary treatment combined with oral Celebrex, and the primary treatment (Rest, ice, compression bandaging, raising the affected limb) in the treatment of acute ankle sprains, and evaluation the acupoint injection therapy in clinical advantage, in order to seek a safe and effective, inexpensive, easy to operate traditional Chinese medicine therapy. It can provide a new choice for the treatment of acute ankle sprain.Methods105individuals in2013January-2014year in February with acute ankle sprain who met the inclusive criteria, were randomly divided into A group, B groupand C group. The A group were treated with the basic treatment (rest, ice, compression bandage, raise the limb) for7days. The B group were treated with both the basic treatment and Oral Celebrex for7days. The C group received both the basic treatment and acupoint injection for7days. In Day1, Day5and Day8, recorded VAS score, ankle circumference and AOFAS score and other Observation index, collectde the data by observing the table and created a database. Used the SPSS17.0statistical software to analyzed the data, and analyzed the difference of the observed indexes, in order to evaluate the effect and the difference between the three treatment methods.ResultsAmong105patients,12patients dropped out experiments, the rest of93patients completed the final test,31of them were in A group,32of them were in B group,30in C group. Between the three group, the gender, age, course, location, VAS score, swelling rate and AOFAS score showed no significant difference, so that the baseline datas were comparable between groups. Each group after treatment compared with before treatment, VAS score, swelling rate and AOFAS score were significant different (P<0.01).So that the three groups can improve pain, swelling and function. In the fifth day, the comparison among the three groups were as follows. The VAS score, swelling rate and AOFAS score showed significant difference Between B group and A group(P<0.05), so that the curative effect of B group was better than A group. Between C group and A group, the VAS score, swelling rate and AOFAS score were significantly different(P<0.01),so the curative effect of C group was better than A group. The VAS score, swelling rate and AOFAS score showed no difference Between C group and B group(P>0.05), so their therapeutic effect was no difference. In the eighth day, the comparison among the three groups were as follows. The VAS score, swelling rate and AOFAS score showed significant difference Between B group and A group(P<0.01), so that the curative effect of B group was better than A group. Between C group and A group, the VAS score, swelling rate and AOFAS score were significantly different(P<0.01),so the curative effect of C group was better than A group. The VAS score showed no difference Between C group and B group(P>0.05), so the analgesic effect of the two groups was no difference. But the therapeutic effect of that the two group improved swelling and function was significantly different, because the swelling rate and AOFAS score showed significant difference Between C group and B group (<0.01). ConclusionIt was concluded that the effect of that Yanglingquan point injected Salvia injection in the treatment of acute ankle sprains was superior to the primary treatment combined with oral Celebrex, and the primary treatment in treatment.lt can effectively improve the ankle pain, swelling and function. Inferred:in the early, that Yanglingquan point injected Salvia injection was an effective treatment way for acute varus ankle sprain, provided for the treatment of acute varus ankle sprain a new choice, and was worthy to be popularized in clinic.
