Research And Application Of Flower Border In Shenyang

Flower border is an emerging form of flower application.In recent years,flower borders have also begun to appear in parks and street green spaces in Shenyang,and flower borders have been loved by Shenyang residents.This research takes flower borders in Shenyang as the research object,uses field investigation methods to investigate the number,type,distribution,and types of flower border plants in Shenyang,and uses analytic hierarchy process to comprehensively evaluate the investigated flower border plants.The design and application of flower borders in Shenyang World Expo Garden is used as a test site to provide reference value and application examples for the selection of plant materials in the wide application of flower borders in Shenyang.The main findings of this study are as follows:1.Investigated the number,type and distribution of flower borders in Shenyang.Using the method of field survey,a total of 70 gardens and green spaces in Shenyang were surveyed,with 23 typical flower borders.Among them,7 parks have flower borders,1 street has flower borders,and various university campuses have no flower borders.The main types of flower borders found are forest edge flower border,under-forest flower border,protective flower border,single-side flower border,island flower border,and waterfront flower border.The characteristics of flower border distribution are: along the Hun River,the number of flower borders in the Shenyang Expo Garden is the largest and the most densely distributed.In addition to 23 flower borders,the main application forms of ground-grown flowers in Shenyang are flower belts,flower beds and flower seas.2.Investigated the types of flower border plants in Shenyang.A survey of flower border plants in Shenyang area revealed a total of 186 species of flower border plants in Shenyang,belonging to 177 species of 153 genera and 63 families.Among them,there are 93 species of perennial flowers,29 species of deciduous shrubs or small trees,25 species of ornamental grasses,22 species of one or two annual flowers,7 species of aquatic plants,6 species of evergreen shrubs or small trees,and 4 species of vines.3.Conducted a comprehensive evaluation of flower border plants in Shenyang.Taking 186 species of flower border plants as test materials,using the analytic hierarchy process,a comprehensive evaluation system of flower border plants in Shenyang was constructed.The comprehensive evaluation level of flower border plants in Shenyang is divided into 4 grades.Grade ? is excellent,with 33 species;Grade ? is good,with 62 species;Grade ? is fair,with 63 species;Grade ? is poor,with 28 species.The evaluation results provide reference value for the selection of plant materials in the wide application of flower borders in Shenyang.4.The flower border design and implementation of the Shenyang World Expo Garden was carried out.Taking Shenyang Expo Garden as the test site,the design concept was carried out based on the analysis of the current situation of the site,and then the comprehensive evaluation results of the flower border plants in Shenyang area were used to guide the selection of flower border plants in the flower border design,and then the flower border design and construction were carried out,So that the Huajing project was implemented,and the post-maintenance management work was carried out.Among the 47 selected flower border plants,there are 17 species at level ?,19 species at level ?,and 11 species at level ?;The number of perennial flowers has obvious advantages over other types,and the number of ornamental grasses and flowering shrubs is appropriately increased.Successfully designed a flower border example,which provides a case reference for the wide application of flower borders in Shenyang.
