| Flower Border originates from Western countries and it`s a western way of garden plants configuration.In recent years,flower border has been paid more and more attention in real estate landscape,which not only improves the quality of real estate landscape projects,but also brings economic benefits to real estate developers.This paper makes a study on the current situation of real estate flower border of Yubei District,Chongqing.Hoping to investigate and study the current situation of real estate flower border in Chongqing and summarizing as well as analyzing the characteristics of the flower landscape and the problems,and eventually put forward effective suggestions for the current situation,also systematic and in-depth study will be carried out on the selection of plant materials and specific construction methods of Yubei District Chongqing.The main research content is as follows1.To well understand its development history and application status,and also to understand the design theory and characteristics of flower border both overseas and our country,the author consults the documents on flower border of home and abroad.The author learns from the views and technical methods conducive to this study,and analysis of domestic outstanding real estate flower border cases,looking for real estate flower border selection and construction techniques.The author find that lots of high-end real estate projects began to introduce flower border in the Chengdu-Chongqing area.Although the application rate of flower border in real estate projects has increased,there are still many problems in construction techniques,variety selection and overall effect.2.Investigating Yubei District Chongqing real estate flower border,analyzing the plant varieties,construction techniques,seasonal analysis,ecological adaptability analysis,ornamental analysis and economic analysis.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to select excellent flower-border varieties.Fifty four species of common perianth plants in Yubei District of Chongqing were selected by AHP,and the excellent varieties were classified according to their grades.3.Research on flower-border design strategies according to regions.This paper summarizes the SWOT analysis of real estate flower border landscape in Yubei District Chongqing and makes a conclusion of the existing problems and finally provides suggestions.4.Through the design,purchase and construction of flower border in three different real estate projects of Zichen,Luhu and Shuanglong,it verifies the specific design method,variety selection and landscape application of flower border in real estate projects.This paper studies the application of real estate flower border design in Yubei District,summarizes the effective methods and technical points,and hopes that the research conclusion can be helpful to the construction of real estate flower border in Sichuan Province and Chongqing City. |
