Green Oil Agricultural Development Co.,Ltd.is a tea oil company established in Longchuan County,Guangdong Province in January 2015.It focuses on the production and operation of high-end edible camellia oil and its derivatives.After 5years of operation and development,it has gradually It has developed from a rural workshop-type small and medium-sized enterprise to a leading agricultural enterprise in Guangdong Province with assets exceeding 100 million yuan.However,the fierce market competition and the changing operating environment make every step of the development of green oil companies difficult.Although some staged results have been achieved,there are still some difficulties that are hindering the development of the company.How to maintain a foothold in a changing market and how to achieve strategic transformation and upgrade to promote the further development of the company are still the main problems that plague founders.This paper belongs to a case paper.The main purpose is to try to analyze its impact on the development of business operations from the perspective of entrepreneurship and corporate development strategy,and discuss the case with clarity: in order to sustain development,enhance corporate competitiveness,and achieve strategic transformation and upgrade Under the existing external environment and internal resources,how should Green Oil play an entrepreneurial spirit and formulate a suitable development strategy to support its own development issues.This paper belongs to a case paper.The main purpose is to try to analyze its impact on the development of the company from the perspective of entrepreneurship and corporate development strategy,and discuss the analysis with the case: in order to sustain development,enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise,and achieve strategic transformation and upgrade,Under the existing external environment and internal resources,how should Green Oil play an entrepreneurial spirit and formulate a suitable development strategy to support the development of the enterprise? I hope to clarify the relationship between the two and the impact on the development of theenterprise through case analysis.Difficult companies formulate development strategies for reflection and reference.The main content of this article is to write a case based on the development of green oil companies as a main line to illustrate the problem situation: "The founder of the company Luo Dongmei is a successful entrepreneur who has experienced many entrepreneurs.He is very entrepreneurial and leads green oil companies.Always adhere to the productistic business philosophy to work hard to develop.However,the company's products are not sold or sold well,and the market has a low degree of recognition.The company is facing the dilemma of development strategy choices:should it stick to its original intention or change the development strategy to reduce product standards to meet What about the market? ”Then use case analysis and empirical research methods and combine relevant management theories to analyze and diagnose cases to draw conclusions.The main research conclusions of this work: 1.Entrepreneurship has the connotation of innovation,proactiveness and risk-taking spirit;2.Entrepreneurship affects the choice of corporate development strategy;3.Entrepreneurship and development strategy There is a relationship of consistency and mutual promotion in the development process,and there is a saw effect on the development of the company during the growth period of the company;4.The interaction between entrepreneurship and corporate development strategies and the two will promote high-quality sustainable development of the company.The value of this thesis is as follows: 1.At present,domestic and foreign scholars have a certain system of research on the influence of entrepreneurship on corporate development,but the distinction between entrepreneurship and ability is not obvious.This article considers entrepreneurship and ability It 's not the same,its impact on the development of enterprises is different,and their relationship will be further explained in the text;2.There are more studies on the impact of entrepreneurship or development strategies on enterprise development by scholars at home and abroad,but the lack of entrepreneurship The research on the impact of two perspectives on development of enterprises and development strategies,especially the lack of relevant case study results that explore the impact of entrepreneurship and development strategies on enterprise development in the Chinese context.Therefore,this paper has a certain unique value,which can provide ideas and suggestions for the green oil company to solve the main dilemma currently facing,and also provide some reference and effective suggestions for the development strategy decision of related enterprises.3.Through case studies,this article finds that there is a consistent and mutually-promoting relationship between entrepreneurship and development strategies,and that there is a tug-of-war effect in the growth period of the company.I hope this discovery can provide some inspiration for later researchers.4.It is worth mentioning that the dilemma in the case is not a special case of green oil.Many companies will encounter such selection difficulties in the development process.Therefore,although it is a case study,it still has some broad significance.
