Study On The Development Strategy Of QS Company

Pork is the main meat consumed by urban and rural residents in China.Pig breeding plays a dominant role in animal husbandry.In 2007,the Ministry of Agriculture vigorously implemented the construction of standardized large-scale pig farms.In the past nine years,the central government invested 20 billion yuan to support more than 60,000 large-scale pig farms to carry out standardized renovation and expansion,which further accelerated the rapid development of large-scale pig farming in China.However,in recent years,China's pig breeding industry is facing the problems and challenges of environmental pollution and African swine fever,which restricts the healthy and stable development of pig breeding company.As a pig-breeding company,QS Company has developed rapidly,but its internal construction can not adapt to the changes of the external environment.The company has some problems,such as poor finance,brain drain,the risk of epidemic disease,limited product range and so on.Based on the theory of strategic management,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of pig breeding industry in China,extracts the successful experience of Muyuan Foods Company,and draws some valuable references and enlightenment.Using PEST and Michael Porter five forces model analysis the strategic environment of QS Company in detail.Using Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats,this paper lists the alternative plans of enterprise development strategy,evaluates the alternative strategy by quantitative strategy matrix(QSPM matrix),and determines the conclusion that QS Company adopts growth strategy.At the same time,combined with the actual situation of QS Company,prepared the development strategic objective,namely,short-term,medium-term and long-term,propose implement paths for developing strategy.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy,the safeguards for developing strategy are put forward from the aspects of finance,human resources and corporate culture.Therefore,the theoretical significance of this paper is embodied in the analysis of the internal and external environment of the research model QS Company,the final selection and formulation of the development strategy,which provides the corresponding theoretical research value for the development strategy research of domestic Pig-breeding enterprises,and has certain reference significance for the development strategy research of similar enterprises.
