Research On Development Strategy Of Bo Yang Feed Company Fur Industry

As an important component of the fur animal industry,feed companies are currently facing fierce market competition.Boyang,as a pioneer in the special fur animal feed enterprises,faces a strategic stage in urgent need of transformation.Based on classical strategic management theories and analytical methods,this paper systematically analyzes the macro-environment and industry environment of the fur animal industry,and based on the company’s own conditions,comprehensively analyzes the company’s operating conditions,organization and human resource management,and technical strength.Business models and marketing capabilities,respectively,from the industry competition level and internal management issues,use SWOT analysis tools for enterprises to develop strategic decisions and plans.After that,we concluded that based on its own product advantages and through the internal and epitaxial strategy,Bo Yang company should make the main industry bigger and stronger to cope with the competition.Meanwhile,the company should actively develop diversification strategy,seek overseas mergers and acquisitions,start early industrial layout and new profit growth points to keep up with the rapidly growth.Through the investigation and interpretation of the industrial policy,Bo Yang should catch the tide of reform in the future,to eliminate the backward production capacity and change development model from labor-intensive single development to multi domain and diversified development model,including animal health,pelt purchase,fur manufacturing and sales of designing fur in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the company.Additionally,a company needed to introduce industrial capital,implement employee stock ownership plan,to improve its industrial chain and resource integration through the merger and reorganization of enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.And we believe that through a series of changes and industrial operations,Bo Yang feed company will continue to improve the market competitiveness and promote the rapid development.
