If forestry enterprises want to be in an active position in international competition,they must establish a global awareness,make full use of the international market and resources,and accurately carry out overseas investment and control of multinational enterprises to reduce costs and risks.Based on the combination of theoretical analysis and work practice,this paper follows global management and strategic thinking,applies international trade,international development strategy and business management theory,based on the current situation of S company,through in-depth analysis of S companies nearly 20 Years of growth and development,industry situation and problems,using PEST and SWOT method to analyze the internal and external environmental impacts,experience and deficiencies,advantages and disadvantages of the overall international business process,opportunities and risks of overseas investment,etc.It conforms to the internationalization development differentiation strategy of S company's development needs,and proposes corresponding specific safeguard measures from the aspects of human resources,capital platform,technical support,and organizational system.It is hoped that a more competitive international forestry enterprise will be built to help enterprises participate more actively in domestic and international market competition and seek longer-term development in competition.
