HM Supply Chain Management Co.,Ltd established in December 2017,it is a company focusing on supply chain financial management.HM dedicates to the integration of financial resources and industrial resources of beef and mutton.It united with financial institutions,strategic investors,slaughter and processing factories,mass breeding enterprise and regional leading enterprises,based on the principle of open,cooperation,and win-win situation,builds China's the most professional and influential platform of beef and mutton supply chain and provides with financial services.It helps to gradually form the industrial ecology of Chinese beef and mutton company benign competition,helps to promote the sustained and healthy development of the beef and mutton industries in China.After six months of preparation and two years of unremitting efforts,the company has achieved a total loan of 800 million by the end of 2019,with a stable average daily balance of 200 million.With the gradual expansion of the company's business scale and the enhancement of industry influence,the problems are also urgent to be solved.Such as unclear company development strategy,lack of professional personnel,lack of management experience,lack of risk control.They affect the company's forward development.How to face the national financial policy adjustment,the development of the beef and mutton industry changes,and the same kind of competition,are urgent problems to be solved.It need clear development strategy,give full play to their own advantages,and sustainable development.This paper uses strategic management theory and strategic analysis tools,and takes HM supply chain management company as the research object to study the company's development strategy.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,purpose and significance of this article,the current status of research at home and abroad,the research content and methods,and pave the way for the following explanation.The second chapter expounds the theoretical basis and analysis tools of the research in this article,and provides a reasonable analysis tool for the later research.The third chapter is the external environment analysis of the HM supply chain management company,mainly using PEST analysis method to analyze the macro environment of the company,using porter's five forces model system to analyze the industry competition environment of HM supply chain management company,and at the same time through the evaluation matrix of external factors(EFE matrix)to systematically evaluate the external factors of the company.The fourth chapter is the internal environment analysis of the HM supply chain management company,which mainly analyzes the current situation of the company's internal environment development from the aspects of company resources and capabilities,and systematically evaluates the company's internal factors through the internal factor evaluation matrix(IFE matrix).The fifth chapter is the selection and formulation of the SWOT analysis and development strategy of HM supply chain management company.Based on the company's environment and current situation,it uses the SWOT analysis method and internal-external matrix(IE matrix)to analyze the advantages,disadvantages and opportunities of the company.Perform comprehensive analysis with threats and strategic areas,and use the above analysis to propose the company's development strategy positioning and goals,and choose intensive strategies.The sixth chapter is the implementation and guarantee measures of the development strategy of HM supply chain management company.It discusses that the company needs to determine the strategic implementation plan from three directions: marketing management,capital management and internal management.The corresponding safeguard measures are put forward from five aspects: perfect organization system,human resources,risk control,technology upgrade and cultural construction.Chapter 7 is the conclusion and suggestion.It is the summary of the full text,and puts forward the suggestion of further development of the company.
