Objective:Acute renal failure refers to the structural or functional abnormalities of the kidneys seen in blood, urine, renal histology, and imaging studies.Clinical manifestations were short course of disease, creatinine(CREA)and urea nitrogen(BUN)increased rapidly, urine volume decreased or even no urine was produced.Urine production;due to the complexity of causes of acute renal failure,it has become one of the most endangered diseases of dogs.Through the study of the clinical efficacy of hemodialysis technology on canine acute renal failure, the establishment of standardization of canine hemodialysis The process provides a basis for the clinical use of hemodialysis technology in the treatment of acute renal failure in dogs, which facilitates the application and promotion of hemodialysis in pets.Methods:1.Canine acute renal failure model was established with different doses of gentamicin. The three groups were low-dose gentamicin group(group A),middle-dose gentamycin group(group B)and high-dose gentamicin group(group C).2.In order to explore the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis of the dogs on canine acute renal failure. The experiment included five groups:blank control group(group A),sedation group(group B),infusion therapy group(group C),IHD treatment group(group D)and acute renal failure group(group E).3.The hemodialysis therapy was performed at different stages of the increase of creatinine in the biochemical indicators of acute renal failure.According to the treatment and prognosis, the optimal time point of hemodialysis in the treatment of acute renal failure in dogs was found, which can effectively control the change from acute renal failure to chronic renal failure. The experimental group were divided into three groups:low creatinine group(group F),middle creatinine group(group G)and high creatinine group(group H).4.hemodialysis therapy was performed at different stages of rising urea nitrogen in the biochemical indicator.According to the treatment and prognosis, the optimal time point of hemodialysis in the treatment of acute renal failure in dogs was found, which can effectively control the change from acute renal failure to chronic renal failure.Three groups were tested, the low urea nitrogen group(group I),the middle urea nitrogen group(group J)and the high urea nitrogen group(group K),respectively.Results:1.In group A(90mg/kg)administered with different doses of gentamycin, the dog ARF model was successfully reproduced on the 7th day of gentamycin administration. The time was the shortest and no dog died.2.Hemodialysis therapy can significantly reduce the concentration of CREA and BUN(P<0.05),effectively remove the uremia toxin and reduce the incidence of ARF complications.3.In the process of ARF in dogs, hemodialysis treatment at low concentration of CREA can prevent ARF complications, meanwhile the concentrations of CREA and BUN were significantly decreased(P<0.05),indicating a high survival rate in dogs 4.In the process of ARF in dog, hemodialysis intervention was initiated at low BUN concentration. We found that the concentrations of CREA and BUN decreased significantly(P<0.05),renal function recovered quickly and the mortality rate of dogs was low. Conclusion:Hemodialysis therapy of ARF in dogs can quickly and efficiently remove CREA and BUN,which is obviously better than routine treatment and can achieve therapeutic purpose. After the dog was diagnosed as ARF,hemodialysis intervention therapy was initiated at low CREA and BUN concentrations, which could prevent ARF complications and improve the survival rate of the dog.
