Furosemide pulse therapy refers to using a large dose of furosemide by intravenous bolusor intravenous infusion with normal saline during the treatment of renal failure, which is toachieve the effect of diuresis and promote the generation and discharge of urine, thusaccelerate the discharge of creatinine with urine to reduce serum creatinine level and facilitatethe role of renal failure treatment.The purpose of this paper was to compare the impact offurosemide pulse therapy and conventional therapy on the treatment of acute renalfailure.Clinical cure renal failure canine in60cases for the study, including30cases as thecontrol group using conventional therapy and another30cases as the test group usingconventional therapy coordinated furosemide pulse therapy to observe the curative effect.Result shows that the average cure time of furosemide pulse therapy is almost as early as twodays than conventional therapy,which indicates furosemide pulse therapy can effectivelyshorten the cure time of acute renal failure.
