In recent years, the number of pet dogs has been increasing, and pet dog's status in resident's family is rising. They have the same rights as people to various kinds of life, especially the right to preventive treatment of diseases.Among many dog diseases, the incidence of chronic renal failure(CRF)in dogs has increased year by year, which has a serious impact on pet life and a high mortality rate. The kidney is an organ with poor regenerative ability. There is no clinical manifestation in the early days and it is easily overlooked by the owner. The development of the CRF to a certain extent is often a poor prognosis. There is no cure other than kidney transplantation.Infusion therapy can restore part of the kidney in the early stages of onset.Compensatory function,Prevent the occurrence of CRF.Therefore, early diagnosis is very important for the disease.Early de278tection and early treatment can achieve better results. With the application of advanced technology in pet clinical, symmetry dimethyarginine(SDMA)as a new indicator of early diagnosis can be found in time for abnormal renal function. From June 2018 to February 2019,100 cases of abnormal renal function indicators in dogs were collected,of which 30 cases were abnormal SDMA cases and 70 cases were abnormal creatinine(CREA)values.Cases were diagnosed by the nain medical history and general examination, routine blood examination, serum biochemical examination, urine examination, and imaging examination. The case of SDMA numerical anomaly was early renal injury, and the case of CREA numerical anolaly was chronic renal failure. The results of treatment showed that through the comprehensive treatment of infusion therapy,26 cases of early renal injury were controlled or even cured, accounting for 86.67%(26/30);In cases of chronic renal failure,43 cases were cured, accounting for 61.4%(43/70).By comparing the incidence and variety, age, etiology, sex and diet of 100 dogs,it was found that the number of poodles was 24,accounting for 24%;The majority of middle-aged and elderly dogs have a total of 62 cases above the age of 7,accounting for 62%;Urinary stones or urinary clots caused more morbidity,27 cases, accounting for 27%;Males are more frequent than females, with a ratio of-1.86:I;Daily food is dominated by meat, with 30 cases.accounting for 30%.Of the 30 early renal injury cases,4 deaths were due to other causes, and CRF prevention was very effective. In 70 cases of CRP treatment, infusion therapy is still a good method. The treatment plan is continuously optimized, and comprehensive symptomatic treatment is used to strengthen care for canine CRF,and good results have also been achieved.Establishing comprehensive control measures to prevent the development of chronic renal failure can greatly improve the quality of life of pets.
