| In recent years,the outbreaks of swine infectious diseases have affected the productive performance and caused severe economic losses in all major swine-producing countries.Swine infectious diseases are one of the most important hidden dangers in pig industry.Therefore,it is very important for pig farm to selected suitable disinfectant to eliminate infection sources and cut off the transmission routes of infectious diseases.Silver nano disinfectant is a new type of physical disinfectant,and ammonium bromide disinfectant is a common chemical disinfectant in pig farms.In this study,in order to investigate the disinfection effects of two different kinds of disinfectants,Silver nano disinfectant and ammonium bromide disinfectant,on pseudorabies virus(PRY,enveloped virus)and porcine parvovirus(PPV,non-enveloped virus),the virus was fitst treated with or without disinfectant and then infected ST cells.Disinfection effect of disinfectant was objectively reflected by the cytopathology effect in cells infected with the treated virus.These data should provide a theoretical basis for the selection of disinfectants in pig farm.The contents of this paper contain two parts as following:1.The disinfection effects of two kinds of disinfectants on PRVIn this study,silver nano disinfectant and ammonium bromide disinfectant was investigate the disinfection effect on PRV in Laboratory and piggery environment.The titer of PRV and kill index of disinfectant against PRV were determined in ST cells infected with PRV treated with two kinds of disinfectants.PRV was treated with disinfectants for o h,1 h,2 h,4 h,8 h and 24 h in the laboratory glass plates,and then infected ST cells.The virus killing index of Silver nano disinfectant against PRV for 0 h,1 h,2 h,4 h,8 h and 24 h was respectively 1×100,1×100,1×100,1×100,1.8×103 and 1×104 in the laboratory,and the virus killing index of ammonium bromide disinfectant was 5.6×104,7.9×104,7.9×104,1 × 105,1×105 and 1×106.PRV treated with disinfectants for 1 h,4 h,8 h,and 24 h on piggery ground,and then inoculated cells.The killing index of silver nano disinfectant against PRV for 1 h,4 h,8 h,and 24 h was 2.5×104,2.3×103,1×103 and 4×102,respectively,on piggery ground,and the killing index of ammonium bromide disinfectant was 4 ×1103,2 × 101,1 ×101 and 4 × 102.The results showed that the silver nano disinfectant and the ammonium bromide disinfectant had significant different disinfection effects on PRV.The disinfection effect is also different in between laboratory and piggery.The disinfection effect of aroonium bromide disinfectant is better than silver nano disinfectant in the laboratory,but it is not as effective as silver nano disinfectant on piggery ground.2.The disinfection effects of two kinds of disinfectants on PPVIn this study,silver nano disinfectant and ammonium bromide disinfectant was investigate the disinfection effect on PPV in Laboratory and piggery environment.The titer of PPV and kill index of disinfectant agsinst PPV were determined in ST cells infected with PPV treated with two kinds of disinfectants.PPV was treated with disinfectants for 0h,1h,2 h,4 h and 8 h in the laboratory glass plates,and then infected ST cells.The virus killing index of Silver nano disinfectant against PPV for 0 h,1 h,2 h,4 h and 8 h was 3×100,1.3×101,3×102,1×103 and 4.4×103,resprctively,in the laboratory,and the virus killing index of ammonium bromide disinfectant was 1×100,3×100,5×100,1.8×101 and l×101.PPV treated with disinfectants for 1h,4 h,8 h,and 24 h on piggery ground,and then inoculated cells.The killing index of silver nano disinfectant against PPV for 1 h,4 h,8 h,and 24 h was resprctively 1.3×101,1.4×101,4.5×101 and 7×100 on piggery ground,and the killing index of anmonium bromide disinfectant was 3×100,1×100,1×100 and 2×100.The results showed that the silver nano disinfectant and the ammonium bromide disinfectant had significant different disinfection effects on PPV.The disinfection effect of silver nano disinfectant on PPV is better than ammonium bromide disinfectant in the laboratory and piggery.In summary,the disinfection effects of ammonium bromide disinfectant on PRV was more effective than silver nanomaterial disinfectant in the laboratory.The disinfection effects of silver nano disinfectant on PRV was more effective than ammoniun bromide disinfectant on piggery ground.The disinfection effects of silver nanomaterial disinfectant on PPV was more effective than than ammonium bromide disinfectant in laboratory and piggery.Therefore,different virus should be disinfected with suitable disinfectants in pig farm. |
