Dermatomycosis is an infectious skin disease caused by eosinophilic cutin filamentous fungus and infects skin and hair. The main pathogens are Trichophyon, Microsporum and Epidermophyton. Rabbit dermatomycosis is an anthropozoonosis skin disease with strong infection nature. This disease mainly injures the rabbit hair with the symptoms of Scurfy increase, incrustation, exudation, unhairing, folliculitis and uredo and so on. If serious, it may result in malnutrition, growth retardation and low efficiency of feed utilization, even in affecting quantity and quality of the rabbit hair and in low reproduction and survival rates of young hare, which causes a great deal economic losses to rabbit keeping. Dermatomycosis can infect human through many routines. The infection caused by dermatomycosis has become a hang-up for graziery and public health. So building a method to isolate and identify the pathogens of dermatomycosis and selecting some effect environmental disinfectors are not only important for graziery, but also for public health.After the leather, hair and encrustation of the rabbit with dermatomycosis being sampled, the pathogen was isolated and cultured. The samples were identified preliminarily by fungal form through microscope. And then the ITS of pathogens was sequenced and compared with the nucleic sequences in Genbank to verify the pathogen of samples. The samples belong to the Microsporum according to the results of morphological identification. The 99% similarity index between the samples and Microsporum gypseum strain WCH-MG001(No.GU348990.1)demonstrated that the pathogens sampled from sick rabbits belong to Microsporum gypseum.Sensitive disinfectants and effective concentrations to Microsporum gypseum were selected by drug sensitive test, those were the ten Heavenly Stems armor bromine ammonium (1:400,1:600), the benzene grips the bromine ammonium (1:400,1:600), the armor carbolic soap (1:10,1:20), and the compound iodine(1:1200).Finally, there were three selected disinfectants, those were the ten Heavenly Stems armor bromine ammonium (1:400, 1:600), the benzene grips the bromine ammonium (1:400, 1:600) and the armor carbolic soap (1:10, 1:20). Different rabbit houses in a farm were disinfected with different concentrations of the three disinfectors. They were Rabbit house-1 disinfected with the ten Heavenly Stems armor bromine ammonium (1:400, 1:600), Rabbit house-2 with the benzene grips the bromine ammonium (1:400,1:600), Rabbit house-3 with the armor carbolic soap (1:10, 1:20). The concentrations of airborne fungi and surface of ground and cages were detected and the effective of the three disinfectors was compared throughout the process. The test results were analyzed statistically. There was a better effect to airborne fungus and surface of ground and cages using ten Heavenly Stems armor bromine ammonium (1:400) with the best effect in one hour after disinfecting and effects faster and last for a longer time, which indicated that the ten Heavenly Stems armor bromine ammonium (1:400) was the best disinfection among the three disinfections. There was a similar result when the concentration was set to 1:600, but the effect after 6 hours was inconspicuous and lasted for a short time. The benzene grips the bromine ammonium (1:400, 1:600) has the rather effective effects on airborne fugui and surface of ground and cages, but last for a short time. And the best effect could be got in one hour after disinfecting, and an inconspicuous effect after 6 hours for surface of ground and cages. Armor carbolic soap (1:10 and 1:20) has a effective effects with taking effect slowly, and the concentration 1:10 could produce a prominent effect after three hours. The effect on the surface has the best effect in one hour after disinfecting, 3 hours on the ground is lest effective and on walls and cages is 6 hours and last for a short time.Through the comprehensive analysis, the effects of the three disinfectants on the air are better than that on the surface of ground and the cages. There are the most effective effect for Deciquan Solution (1:400) on the airborne fungus and the surface of ground and the cages, especially one hour later, and lasted for 6 hours, the effect still is the best.
