Assess The Effect Of Diffient Types Of Disinfectants

Purpose:The study compare the disinfection effect of BaiAn,BaiJie,BaiJing by detecting microorganisms content of Henhouse,rabbit hutch and pigsty after disinfection.Methods:This study collect and compare the data of microorganisms content of 3 diffirent time lag after disinfection with the three of diffirent dilutability. Result: (p<0.05)Rabbit hutch :1. aerobic bacteria: BaiAn is significant with dilutability of 1:500 3 hours later; BaiJie is significant at 1:600 3hours later; BaiJing is significant 1hour later and 1:400 5hours later.2. Gram-negative bacteria:BaiAn is significant 3hours later at 1:500; BaiJie is all significant at 1:600;BaiJing is signficant 1hour later at 1:4003. staphylococcus aureus: BaiAn is signifcant 3hours later at 1:500; BaiJie is significant 3hours later at 1:600; BaiJing is not significant at all. Pigsty:1. aerobic bacteria: BaiAn is significant at 1:250 1hour later,3hours later and 5hours later at 1:250\1:500;BaiJie is significant at 1:300 1hour and 3hours later;and 5hours later at 1:300 and 1:600; BaiJing is significant at 1:200 3 hours later2. Gram-negative bacteria:BaiAn is significant 1hour later at 1:250,and 3hours/5hours later at 1:250/1:500; BaiJie is significant at 1:300 5hours and 1hour later;BaiJing is not significant at 1:200 1hour and 5hours later.3. staphylococcus aureus: BaiAn is significant at 1:250 1hour and 5hours later; BaiJie is not significant at all; BaiJing is significant 3hour slater at 1:400 and 5hours at 1:200. Henhouse:1. aerobic bacteria: BaiAn is significant at 1:500 3hours later and 1:250 5hours later; BaiJie is significant at 1:600 and 1:900 1hour later,and also significant at 1:300,1:600,1:900 3hours later; BaiJing is significant at 1:200 3hours later2. Gram-negative bacteria:BaiAn is significant 3hours later at 1:500 and 1:750; BaiJie is significant at 1:600 and 1:900 1hour later , all the samples 3hours later and at 1:300/1:600 5hours later; BaiJing is significant at 1:400 1hour later3. staphylococcus aureus: BaiAn is significant at 1:500 3hours later and at 1:750 5hours later; BaiJie is significant at 1:600 and 1:900 1hour later,all the sample 3hours later,and at 1:600 5hours later; BaiJing is not significant at all.Conclusion:Tunongmin: BaiAn gets highest effects with dilutability of 1:500 and 3 hours time lag. Pigsty: BaiAn is the best with peak effect after 3 hours; BaiJie is the worst. Henhouse: BaiJing is better of the three with a dilutability of 1:600,and get peak effect 3 hours after .
