| The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of compound glutaraldehyde disinfectant on the environment and production performance of caged chicken,In this experiment glutaraldehyde and quaternary ammonium were used as disinfectant.According to the dilution concentration of product specification is 0.2%,the test was divided three group.control group,direct disinfection group and disinfection after water washing.at 0h,2h,4h,8h,12 h,16h,20 h,24h,28 h,32h,36 h,40h,44 h and 48 h,and the airborne bacteria content was tested,and to evaluate the effect of disinfection procedures on broiler performance.The effects of experiment on the performance of broiler were also studied.The results showed that disinfection of chicken coops could significantly reduce the number of bacteria in the air of chicken house after 4 hours(p <0.05)compared with compound glutaraldehyde disinfectant in control group.and observed a decrease in the number of the airborne bacteria content after 12 hours(0.05 < p <0.10),but the disinfection effect disappeared after 24 hours.Test 2:After the first day of water spray cleaning,disinfectant disinfectant was performed on the first day of group 2,which reduced the number of colonies in the chicken house air.The disinfection effect could be maintained at least 24h(p?0.05).After disinfection,the average column weight,column yield and European efficiency index(ECI)were significantly increased.A group of disinfection treatments could maintain the sterilization effect in the chicken house for at least 12 hours.The two groups can reduce the number of microorganisms in the chicken house and keep the disinfection effect within 24 hours.This study shows that the environment of chicken house can be significantly improved after the disinfection,also,disinfection can significantly improve the body weight,reduce feed conversion rate,enhance the immunity to reduce the mortality rate,improve slaughter rate and the economic benefits. |
