| Xinghua Honggao Crab is one of the characteristic industry of Xinghua.As early as the Ming and Qing Dynasties,Xinghua Honggao Crab had been famous all over the world.Nearly thirty years,the security of Xinghua Honggao Crab has achieved unprecedented development.Hinghua won the honorary title of "First County Crab Breeding in China".But with the development of Xinghua Honggao Crab industry,many problems such as dispersed industry development,improper management,lack of brand management have become more and more obvious.So in this thesis,the study of Xinghua Honggao Crab industry development strategy has practical and theoretical significance.This paper outlined the Xinghua Honggao Crab production areas,the organization of Xinghua Honggao Crab industry and the market environment in which Xinghua Honggao Crab exists by field investigation.The Porter’s five forces model is used to comparative analysis of the potential competitors to enter the industry,the competitive ability of existing competitors,the ability to replace substitutes,buyers bargaining power and suppliers bargaining power,this paper draw a conclusion that buyers bargaining power and suppliers bargaining power have more impact on Xinghua Honggao Crab industry in Porter’s five forces.Then using SWOT method to discusse the strengths,the weaknesses,the opportunities and threats that Xinghua Honggao Crab industry has faced.Above comprehensive analysis,this paper find out the problems exisiting in the Xinghua Honggao Crab industry,such as:low level of industry organization,non-standard production standards,industry support small,incomplete market circulation system,lack of market competitiveness.Base on the comprehensive survey and analysis to the reality of Xinghua Honggao Crab industry,this paper make development strategy adapt to Xinghua Honggao Crab industry,such as joint strategy,brand strategy,logistics strategy.In the end from policies,institutions,technologies,markets,this paper put forward measures to realize the sustainable development of Xinghua Honggao Crab industry to change the crab industry status,enhance market competitiveness and a better economic benefit. |
