In recent years,with the deepening of the supply side structural adjustment of the agricultural industry and the steady improvement of residents’ consumption levels,the sales of aquatic products,especially special aquatic products such as hairy crabs,have faced more and more development opportunities.People no longer only pursue cost-effectiveness when choosing aquatic products,but also start to pursue the green,healthy,distinctive,and nutritious products.At present,enterprises specializing in breeding,processing,and e JSporting local characteristic hairy crab products have established a relatively complete industrial chain for the production,processing,and value-added of hairy crabs in Sihong County,Jiangsu Province.However,due to limitations in technology,business environment,and other aspects,the enterprises on the hairy crab industrial chain in Sihong County still have varying degrees of low standardization,low added value,and unsatisfactory efficiency The "bottleneck" issues that hinder the development of enterprises,such as weak competitiveness.This paper selects JS Hairy Crab Co.,Ltd.,a leading enterprise in the hairy crab industry chain of Sihong County,to analyze and comprehensively understand the problems e JSisting in the enterprises in the hairy crab industry chain of Sihong County,and propose solutions to these problems.Using research methods such as literature review and field research,combined with the actual development of the company,and based on modern corporate strategic management theory,using analysis tools such as PEST analysis,Porter’s Five Forces model,and SWOT analysis,we systematically analyze the current situation and e JSisting problems of JS Hairy Crab Co.,Ltd.’s internal and e JSternal competitive environment,and formulate appropriate development strategies.JS Hairy Crab Co.,Ltd.has certain advantages in the current market competition,but also faces a series of challenges such as weak quality control,insufficient product innovation,inadequate government regulatory responsibilities,and the impact of trade barriers.In response to the above issues,this article proposes development strategies such as products,prices,channels,and promotions to promote the development of the enterprise,and emphasizes brand development innovation,strengthens brand awareness,and creates brand differentiation;Increase product diversification,improve product service system,and e JSpand the hairy crab industry chain;Upgrade e JSisting marketing models,enhance publicity efforts,and shape corporate characteristics;Technology empowers technological innovation,improves production technology standards,enhances independent innovation and technological transformation to ensure the implementation of the above development strategies.I hope that this study can help JS Hairy Crab Co.,Ltd.solve the problems it faces in its development,promote JS Hairy Crab Co.,Ltd.to further grow and strengthen,and assist in rural revitalization.
