Research On The Development Of China's New Energy Vehicle Business Model In The Post-subsidy Era

The new energy vehicle industry is related to China's energy,environmental protection,and industrial structure upgrade.It is one of China's key industries.At present,China's new energy vehicles industry is in a critical period of gradual transition from "policy-driven" to "market-led development." Subsidies have accelerated their decline,industrial policies have been adjusted,market competition has intensified,and intelligence,networking and sharing have become the future development trend.With the advent of the post-subsidy era,in the process of policy-driven to market-driven transformation,it is of great significance to explore what business model Chinese new energy vehicle companies adopt to meet challenges and meet opportunities.This study sorts out relevant literature on business models,uses the business model canvas as a theoretical analysis framework,and takes BYD as a case to study the business model of new energy vehicles from the perspectives of customer interface,product or service interface,asset management interface,and financial interface.As a leading company in the new energy vehicles industry,BYD adheres to technology as its core resource,adopts a vertically integrated development model,lays out the entire industrial chain,and shares resources openly to achieve industrial expansion and value creation.BYD's business model is representative and reference significance.Finally,combined with the conclusions of the case analysis and the current development status of China's new energy vehicle industry,it puts forward suggestions for the development of a new energy vehicle business model.
