Research On The Comprehensive Energy Service Business Model Of Power Grid Company Under The New Situation

With the proposal of the dual carbon goal,comprehensive energy construction has become an important measure to facilitate the smooth implementation of the"Four Revolutions,One Cooperation" energy security strategy.The application of network technology in the energy field is accelerating,the energy system is becoming increasingly interconnected,and the development speed of energy services from"single" to "comprehensive" is also increasing.It is an important trend in the development of modern energy industry.The business model of comprehensive energy services refers to the fact that the energy supply system can directly provide users with comprehensive energy services such as cold,heat,and electricity,while meeting users’ various needs for energy quality,energy types,and achieving the goals of intelligent interconnection,optimized resource allocation,and safe and reliable operation.In addition,for power grid companies,studying the comprehensive energy service business model is conducive to promoting the development of energy structure optimization,energy efficiency improvement,intelligent energy interaction,and other fields,effectively improving enterprise efficiency,saving energy consumption,and protecting the environment.This article selects X Power Grid Company as the research subject,combines policy environment and enterprise development strategy,and designs a reasonable transformation path for the business model of comprehensive energy services,that is,changing development concepts and establishing new business service concepts;Innovative models for comprehensive management of marketing;Increase technological research and development,introduce internet technology to promote transformation.This article first divides business models from four dimensions:main business,main stakeholders,key resource capabilities,and profit models,and summarizes the typical business models that currently exist in China;Then,starting from the macro external environment of the enterprise and the micro internal organizational situation of the enterprise,qualitative analysis is conducted on the comprehensive energy service business model of X Power Grid Company through PEST analysis and SWOT analysis.A canvas model of X Company’s comprehensive energy service business model is established,and the comprehensive energy service business model is analyzed from seven elements including value proposition,key business,and profit model in the business canvas,Deeply analyze the problems in X Company’s comprehensive energy service business model;Finally,optimize the business model of comprehensive energy services for power grid enterprises and propose optimization measures.In this paper,the construction of integrated energy business model can accelerate the transformation of power grid enterprises to integrated energy service enterprises,and then significantly improve the efficiency and benefit level of energy supply,effectively ensure the reasonable income of each investment subject,and promote the development of energy Internet,so as to achieve the goal of sustainable economic and social development.
