"Internet + freight logistics" is an emerging logistics and distribution model.Through the application of artificial intelligence and cloud computing technologies,the social resources are coordinated and the car is accurately matched with the cargo.In this way,the empty driving rate can be effectively obtained.Reduce,effectively improve the efficiency of logistics and transportation,reaching up to 30%.As sales have been at a high level in recent eyears,the overall market capacity has shown a state of surplus,resulting in lower transportation prices,which to a certain extent hits the market’s demand for new cars.However,driven by the "Internet +",the truck sales model has also undergone great changes.But at the same time,they have also received the impact of some distribution platforms.They rely on source information as the basis to grasp accurate user information,which is indeed more targeted than the traditional sales model.For truck sales company A,it still relies on the traditional dealership model to sell trucks,and its sales volume and net profit have gradually declined in recent years.Under the influence of the Internet,how to transform company A’s business model and increase its sales and profits is an important issue facing company A.The article chooses A truck sales company as a case to analyze its current transportation mode.First,it introduces the overall environment of my country’s truck sales industry at this stage,and analyzes it from both micro and macro perspectives.Through the use of canvas theory to analyze the business model of truck sales company A,and summarize the current problems faced by truck sales company A.In order to solve these problems,this article optimizes the business model of truck sales company A based on the canvas theory,and analyzes the effect of implementing the business model optimization.The research conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)From the perspective of the macro environment and the industry environment,with the development of national environmental protection standards and infrastructure,it is conducive to the development of truck sales,but with the entry of the Internet platform,the truck sales industry is facing fierce competition;(2)From A From the analysis of the business canvas of the truck sales company,it can be seen that the current business model of truck sales company A has a too narrow value proposition,too single key business,not paying attention to the realization of customer value,unstable core resources,fragile customer relationships,and insufficient competitiveness.(3)In order to solve the problems existing in the business model of truck sales company A,this article proposes countermeasures such as breaking the value proposition,restructuring key businesses,attaching importance to the realization of customer value,stabilizing core resources,reconstructing customer relationships,and enhancing competitiveness;(4)From the perspective of the implementation effect of the optimized business model,the customer value of A Truck Sales Company can be broken through,its revenue structure optimized,and the long-term development of A Truck Sales Company can be promoted.
