A Study On The Optimization Of The Business Model Of New Energy Enterprises In The Field Of Energy Storage

To achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality is an important plan made by the CPC Central Committee and The State Council.Increasing the capacity of new energy consumption,building a new type of power system,and accelerating the building of a strong energy country are of great significance to the steady progress of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".With the rapid growth of new energy installation and the increasing proportion of renewable energy generation,the user-side load is characterized by diversity changes,which threatens the security and stability of the power grid,and the power system is facing more and more challenges.Energy storage is the key support in the national energy industry and energy strategy.Both the central and local governments have issued a large number of guidance and supporting documents.Under the guidance and support of policies,energy storage enterprises participate in the cultivation and growth of the energy storage industry and rapidly accumulate various elements and resources needed for commercial activities.However,regardless of domestic practice or academic research,systematic attention and research have not been made to the business model and development mechanism of Chinese enterprises related to energy storage,especially in the aspects of new energy configuration of energy storage and grid side configuration of energy storage,etc.Such lack of perspective is not conducive to the healthy development of the whole energy storage industry and market.Based on this,this paper took TQ new energy company as the research object,combined with the characteristics of policy behavior in the Chinese context,added the policy fitting elements into the business canvas theory,and systematically analyzed the business model elements and value realization effect of new energy enterprises based on the impro ved business canvas theory model.Based on the analysis of TQ new energy company business model canvas,this study combined with energy storage pain the difficulty in the commercial application,building the model of energy storage business models with new energy companies,respectively from the technology,application,market mode and policy designing four levels,and puts forward the government should strengthen the energy storage of industrial policy guide,Encourage the diversification of investment subjects in the field of energy storage,strengthen the overall planning of industry resources and promote standardization;Enterprises should strengthen the optimization of cost structure from the overall perspective,strengthen the investment and planning of technology core resources,and strengthen the construction of foreign exchange and cooperation channels;Managers should strengthen the research and response of energy storage related policies,strengthen the operation management based on cost control,and actively carry out the cooperation and policy participation of government,industry,university and research.Through the research and application suggestions of the business model,it is expected to play a reference role for the commercial application,large-scale development and comprehensive market development of energy storage in the field of new energy enterprises.
