With the acceleration of my country's chemical industry,the production of hazardous materials and the transportation of hazardous materials have increased sharply.During the transportation of hazardous materials,there are many uncertain interference factors.In the process of vehicle transportation,interference events such as traffic congestion are often encountered.When the traffic congestion,it will increase the risk of hazardous materials transportation and reduce the transportation efficiency.Adjusting the transportation route of hazardous materials is great significance to improve the safety and economy of hazardous materials transportation.Aiming at the requirements of hazardous materials logistics in transportation cost,safety,timeliness,and professionalism,this article takes hazardous materials vehicle scheduling as the research object,taking into account the interference factor of traffic congestion,and introduces the idea of disruption management to the problem of hazardous materials transport vehicle scheduling Firstly,the disturbance is identified and judged from the transportation risk and the entire system;secondly,the disturbance is analyzed and measured from the perspectives of transportation risk,transportation cost,and transportation path,considering that in the case of traffic congestion interference,The system disturbance is minimized as the goal.A management model for the disruption management of hazardous materials transportation vehicle scheduling considering traffic congestion is established,and combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the genetic algorithm and the constructed model,a catastrophic genetic algorithm for disturbance recovery is designed to solve the problem;finally,combined with Tianjin G An example of a hazardous materials logistics company,applying models and algorithms to solve an adjustment plan,and comparing the disruption management method with the rescheduling method,verifying the effectiveness of the model,and putting forward suggestions and recommendations for G hazardous materials logistics company to improve its disruption management capabilities Countermeasures.
