Liner shipping is an important mode of maritime transportation.The ships sail between the fixed port of fixed route in accordance with the advance schedule made by the liner company.Normoally,the shipping schedule made by the liner company is based on all kinds of information,so the reserved buffer time will not be too long.In reality,there will always be interference events,which makes the ship unable to fulfill the transport task according to the schedule.If the shipping company don't take measures to deal with it on time,the delay caused by the interference events will cause huge loss to liner companies and consigners.Statistics show that arround 70%-80%of the ships will be delayed in at least one port.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate disruption recovery plan to cope with the impact of interference events.It is also essential for liner companies to remain competitive in shipping market.In recent years,a large of researches and cases of disruption management have emerged in many different areas.The fact that actual problems can be solved by using models,mathematical model of the scientific method can effectively reduce the influence of disruption caused by the incident.In addition,mathematical model can also create greater impact and value.Therefore,models can also be used to solve liner shipping disruption management.In this paper,further enrich and perfect the theoretical research on container liner shipping disruption recovery,using bi-objective programming model,considering the loss of the liner shipping company and the shipper at the same time.The model can also provide some reference for shipping companies in practice.In this paper,firstly,the background and significance of container liner shipping are introduced,the reseraches about disruption management are analyzed,using the thoughts of air transportation disruption management,using the method and algorithm of berth scheduling disruption management,and then compare the status and problem of liner shipping disruption management.The shipping disruption problem are analyzed in the second sector of this paper,including the analysis and classification of disruption factors,strategy analysis and recovery cost analysis.According to the above analysis to establish the container liner shipping disruption management bi-objective model.In order to restore the minimum cost and minimum deviation as the target,while balancing the interests of liner shipping company and shippers,using multi-objective genetic algorithm to solve the model.A numerical example is used to prove the model and algorithm.At the end of this paper,the main research results of the paper are summarized,the shortcomings of the research are analyzed,and the future direction of the research is put forward.
