With the continuing slump of global economic environment, shipping market remains depressed, liner shipping are also subject to greater impacts. When it comes to the question about how to enhance the competitiveness of liner shipping, having access to more sources of supply, quality of service becomes an important measure. High punctuality has been what a liner companies strive for, but in reality, there are many practical uncertain factors that cause interference to schedules, making the actual sailing ship plans deviate from original plans, making it impossible for ships to reach the port of destination or transit port on schedule, causing late punctuality, delayed delivery of goods and the owners’ economic loss, and it may even damage corporate reputation and image, bringing loss of customers and other serious consequences.For liner shipping there are many uncertainties, interference management thought is a good solution. Currently interference management in air transport, rail transport, road transport and other areas have been applied well with good results, but in the field of liner shipping transportation there is little. On the basis of interference management thinking, this article establishes a liner sailing resume objective programming model, the model reflects the interference management thought and sailing recovery influencing factors in a good way. Then it uses LINGO programming for model solution. Finally, the model and the algorithm are applied in a practical case, which is used to verify the validity of the model and algorithms.Examples validation results show the effectiveness of the model. Computation time is very short, less than a second, it can be operated anytime in the real world, and can find sailing interference recovery measures soon. The results are more satisfactory because it can lead to smallest deviation from the original shipping schedule.
