Fresh agricultural products distributions is the last process of logistics and it’s the process of the distribution center to the customers.In the logistics system,it’s the most important step.Due to the nature of fresh agricultural products,fresh agricultural products distribution is strict timeliness and quality requirements.The distribution vehicle routing optimization of fresh agricultural is one of the main ways to improve the efficiency of fresh distribution,it’s also the main way to meet the requirements of distribution.Disruption events is arising in the plan implementation,it directly change the system or system component.Some disruption events which change the system or system component may make the plan cannot perform,it have effect on the system.The disruption management is a response when disruption take place.Different from traditional global optimization method,disruption management emphasizes the local optimization of the initial plan,adjust it and generate a new scheme.The method greatly made the new program operational feasibility and timeliness,and save a large amount of manpower and money.In order to solve the disruption in fresh agricultural products distribution of vehicle routing optimization problem,this paper use the disruption management to study the disruption that happened in the vehicle routing of fresh agricultural products distribution.Firstly,this paper identify the disruption that happened in the vehicle routing of fresh agricultural products,judge whether it have effect on the system.Secondly,taking the impact of The disruption consequences,quantify it from customer non-satisfaction,path deviation and total cost.After that,this paper build a initial fresh agricultural products distribution vehicle routing model with soft-time windows,find out the initial routing optimization scheme.when the disruption happen,introducing virtual demand point to adjust the road network and the effect quantitative formula.Finally,in the base of initial vehicle routing optimization scheme and effect quantization,build a mathematical model based on the disruption management to optimize the original distribution plan.Using matlab to realize the simulation experiment.The optimization of agricultural product distribution vehicle routing problem based on the disruption management can reduce the effects of disruption,taking account of the benefit of customers and distribution company,to provide a reference for fresh agricultural products logistics distribution and to provide new ideas in disruption management application in fresh agricultural products distribution.
