With the development of artificial intelligence technology,biometrics is the easiest direction to generate value.The gradual maturity of face recognition technology is the development of mobile payment identification from contact fingerprint to contactless face recognition authentication.The face recognition technology awards are quickly being used across industries.At present,relevant enterprises of different sizes are promoting face recognition technology in different fields.Head office of company H entered the OCR pattern recognition field at an early stage.In 2008,it began to invest in face recognition technology.In 2012,it made a very stable face recognition embedded attendance machine,which was rapidly promoted in China.H company's early face recognition technology is more traditional,which is applicable to infrared image recognition technology,but only to enter a single access control attendance.Project is relatively single,project schedule management requirements are not strict.Irregular project management does not reveal problems.The traditional gantt chart and critical path method can be used to manage and develop face recognition embedded projects.Later,with the combination of big data technology,deep learning and neural network technology,face recognition developed rapidly.The new face recognition algorithm can adapt to visible and infrared light and can be used in many scenarios.The new face recognition algorithm has higher requirements on embedded hardware and production process than before.Therefore,there are higher requirements for such project management.Embedded face recognition devices with different USES are used in industries such as public transport,mobile payments and security.At present,the embedded face recognition industry requires the project to quickly develop products in a certain field and occupy the market.H company's project schedule management method needs to be improved to adapt to the development of the market.This paper combines the current project schedule management method of H company.Use modern project management theory,adjust the organization structure appropriately,use tools such as WBS and network diagram to improve progress management.In addition,we consider using the critical chain idea to manage the critical chain project in the case of resources.
