Nowadays,people's clothing,food,shelter and transportation are inseparable from electric energy.The power system is the provider of power transmission,and the substation is an important node for power transmission.In the current rapid development of urbanization,in order to ensure the city's power supply,the construction of substations has gradually increased.The traditional substation construction adopts the process management method based on the critical path.The construction period is long,the schedule management is relatively backward,and the schedule delay often occurs,which can not meet the needs of the current substation construction.This paper mainly discusses the research on the construction progress of modular substation construction based on the critical chain method.This method uses a buffer to replace the safe time of the traditional critical path method,effectively improving the efficiency of schedule execution.Based on the analysis of the background and significance of the topic selection,the paper discusses the current status of project management at home and abroad.Furthermore,by comparing the traditional critical path-based schedule management methods,the advantages and characteristics of the critical chain approach are clarified.Based on this,it designs the research path and basic ideas of this paper.The paper focuses on the relevant theoretical basis of the key chain.It analyzes the basic ideas of the behavioral erection and critical chain of people in the project.Based on this,the method based on the construction of key chain construction schedule is discussed.It focuses on the analysis of the progress management of the critical chain method and the critical path method.Finally,the characteristics of the modular substation project are analyzed,and the key chain technology,the characteristics of the modular substation and the problems existing in the construction management of the traditional substation are comprehensively analyzed.Through comparative argumentation,it is determined that the key quantity method is the most effective way to ensure the progress of modular substation construction.The paper takes Beishan Modular Substation Construction Project as a specific case,and comprehensively analyzes the construction scale and construction standards of Beishan Modular Substation.Through case analysis,the construction of Beishan modular substation is divided into electrical primary,electrical secondary,civil engineering,hydropower and fire protection.At the end of the paper,the progress management of Beishan modular substation construction is analyzed.The project schedule planning of Beishan Substation based on the critical chain technology was discussed.According to the basic construction of Beishan Modular Substation,the whole project was decomposed,the decomposition structure table was established,and the basic contents of each process were obtained,and then the key was calculated by Delphi method.Chain period.The buffer settings for the project are discussed,and the work breakdown structure table is reorganized based on the design buffer.The implementation method of the progress control of the Beishan Substation project was analyzed,and the project management layered management mechanism,risk early warning mechanism and incentive assessment mechanism were established.Finally,the project implementation effect was analyzed.Through the project summary,the Beishan substation construction based on the key chain method was effective,which effectively guaranteed the progress of the project.
