Under the background of the new economic era,all economies are laying out new era strategies in order to occupy the highland of the new industrial model.However,under the international comparison situation,China's advantages in natural resources gradually disappear and the gap of demographic dividend further expands.Therefore,it is urgent to transform the industrial structure and transform the inefficient production mode.Therefore,in the new stage of economic development,how to improve and maintain the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises has become the focus of the work of enterprises in various industries,and effective human resource cost management is directly related to the internal consumption and revenue of major enterprises in China,is an important lever to promote the long-term and efficient development of enterprises.In order to carry out the efficient management of human resource cost,it is necessary to make an accurate interpretation of its connotation,that is,to create the market value management that matches the established human resource cost with the enterprise's reality.Yet even in such a big background,has a sound human resources cost control management system of enterprises,especially for the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country,they in the human resource cost management,often two traps: a,inefficient in the enterprise human resources management activities spend a lot of money;Second,the whole human resource management activities lack of systematic institutional norms and management,thus increasing the cost and loss of the enterprise under this management mode.Therefore,strengthening the management of human resource cost in enterprises is conducive to the improvement of enterprise input cost return rate,and further enhance the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises,which is in line with the requirements of The Times.From the specific research content,this paper is mainly divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research method and main contents of this paper in detail.The second chapter is the theoretical part,combing and analyzing the relevant theories of human resource cost and value chain,and summarizing the domestic and foreign research.The third chapter is the current situation chapter.On the basis of subdivision of human resource cost into acquisition cost,development cost,use cost and dimission cost through theoretical sorting,it carries out detailed description and analysis of each indicator based on the historical data of human resource cost of company A.The fourth part on the basis of the previous section on the one hand,summarizes the existing human resources cost management of A company,the main problems in include hiring A lack of research,single inefficient recruitment and salary system set unreasonable,training methods and contents of A single inefficient,high employee turnover rate and at the same time there are related problems;On the other hand,the causes of its problems are discussed and analyzed,such as redundant organizational structure,chaotic management system,weak management consciousness and single management method.The fifth chapter USES the thought system of value chain to put forward the exploratory Suggestions and countermeasures for the human resource cost management.Chapter six is the system guarantee to ensure the normal operation of human resource cost management activities,which aims to provide the system support for human resource cost management.The last part is the summary and prospect of this paper.To create more market value for enterprise operation and management by carrying out human resource-related cost management activities.
