The theory of project management was put forward in the 1950s.After its launching,it has been widely spread and used in current entrepreneurial project management.Electric power construction companies in our countries mainly focus on projects.With years of developments,such industry scale has been widened,becoming more mature.With further improvement and development,electric power construction companies are now faced great fierce market competition.Aimed at numerous economic profits,enterprises have now increasingly focused on management efficiency.Electric power construction companies are now greatly influenced by the governmental systems.Under such condition,most project managements still centered on management of costs,of quality,and of process,while ignoring the management of human resources,which is regarded as the dominant role in project management.Whether such project will achieve success will largely depend on status of human resources management and on the situation of position distribution.Due to lack of scientific and proper management,low management capacity greatly conditioned the project.This article,concentrating on Company A,provides insight into the problems and causes of human resources management,and also comes up with addressing measures concerned.This article makes a comprehensive summary of certain theories of human resources.Also,this article figures out the current situation at home and abroad,analyzes main causes,and concludes with improvement methods.With analysis of human resources management of Company A,this article focuses on specific features of such company,further discusses certain theories,and provides guides to those electric power construction companies.
