“Human resource is the most important resource of enterprise”,is the core competitiveness of enterprises,is the basis of enterprise development,strategic and important role.Effective management of human resources is an important method to ensure the realization of an enterprise’s strategic objectives.Is An important measure of enterprise competition.So for a company ’ s managers,it should be fully aware of the importance of the value of human resources.As far as human resource management itself is concerned,it has strong systematicness,including planning management,recruitment,training,performance,salary and labor relations management.Each “ Sub-system ” is connected and coordinated with each other to form a “Big system”of human resource management.Each “Sub-system”has an effect on other parts.To improve the overall level of human resources management,enterprises should build a systematic,comprehensive and organically coordinated human resources management system,including the“Sub-system”elements.Hcompany as a state-owned wholly-owned provincial enterprise was established in October 2010,the businesses are subject to modern marine transport logistics,marine construction equipment service,financial investment,inland river port,and shipping investment operation and other fields.At present,it has determined that the strategic target of “characteristic with marine strategic emerging industry,shape core dominant competitiveness,obvious value creation,sufficient innovative driving force,embody excellent leadership and contribution ability in construction of blue economic zone,domestic leading,international famous enterprise”.With the development of H company,current human resources management generated real demand of transforming from“administrative affairs” to “strategic support”,transforming from single-point “patch put”adjustment to system reform,and transforming from “respective battle” to “group leading”.However,from the current actual situation,there are still some issues,such as imperfect management and control systems,irregular recruitment system,unsystematic salary assessment system,and imperfect training and development system.Therefore,from the perspective of strategic development,it is an important task for H company to comprehensively check and systematically optimize the construction of its human resource system,and to form a systematic,scientific,normative and incentive effective human resource management system to provide strong talent support and intellectual support for the reform and development of the company.Based on a comprehensive understanding of H company’s strategic objectives and the current situation of human resource management,this article first analyzes the issues existing in H company’s human resource management that do not meet the company’s development needs,and then combines the relevant theoretical knowledge learned with the company’s actual situation.It is intended to propose systematic improvement measure in H company’s human resources planning,talents supply and configuration,employee cultivation and development,salary and performance management to solve the issues of H company’s weak human resource management system,the insufficient connection between subsystems,failure to form the mainline of human resource work,and failure to form the direction of organizational capacity cultivation,so as to better support the growth and development of H company in the next stage. |
