With the rapid development of the global economy,the main task of the group company is not to compete for capital,but to build and effectively operate a talent pool.In the rapid development of science and technology,the intensification of international competition,and the increasingly complex market operation environment,an important indicator for measuring the healthy development of the company is: to realize the digitalization of human resources of the group company,with centralized management,coordinated operation,and performance improvement as the core,and work Flow is power.Taking company A as the research object,using interview method and questionnaire survey method,combined with the status quo of company A’s human resource digital management and the current development trend of digital human resource management,analysis and research on the use of its human resource digital management platform,In order to achieve the optimization of the human resources digital management platform of A company at this stage.First,by combing the status quo of human resource management of company A,we found the following problems: the existing human resource management data information is not shared,the existing module functions of the application platform are not perfect,and the company managers lack data analysis capabilities.At the same time,it conducts questionnaire surveys and interviews on the management status of A company,analyzes the specific problems and the causes of the problems in the digital management of human resources of A company,optimizes the original system on the basis of the original digital management platform,and proposes optimization strategies.Finally,certain safeguard measures have been formulated from three aspects: establishing a management team,carrying out special skills training,and establishing a regular feedback system to ensure good operation.Through the systematic analysis and research on the human resources digital management of A company,the following conclusions are drawn: First,it provides a good constructive reference to the current human resource digital management application of A company,and A company applies it in the human resource digital management work..Second,if company A wants to change the status quo,it needs to make the following efforts: optimize the overall strategy;optimize various functional modules;realize data exchange with other management platforms within the enterprise.Third,it provides a practical reference and basic ideas for the follow-up human resource management and human resource system problem solving of A company,and it also solves the possible encounters in the human resource management and digital management of the same type of manufacturing enterprises.The problem provides a reference for some thinking methods and solutions.In studying the digital management of human resources in Company A,the main innovations are: using the Internet and database technology to achieve paperless office;using mobile technology and Internet learning platform to achieve online training;to achieve real-time synchronization of digital information.
