| With the surging trend of reform and opening up,enterprises in all walks of life attach more and more importance to talents.This trend is good for the development of modern enterprises,because the development of enterprises is essentially inseparable from the development of people,and the cultivation and competition for talents also make the operation of the market more dynamic.However,as far as the current situation is concerned,the dilemma that enterprises cannot meet the training needs of applied talents and skilled talents has not been well solved.After sorting out and summarizing the current research status of enterprise-school cooperation at home and abroad,the author finds that there are still many difficulties in improving the quality of talent training.For example,talents cultivated by enterprise-school cooperation projects cannot fully play their value after they officially enter enterprises.At present,enterprise-school cooperation is one of the effective means to cultivate talents meeting the requirements of enterprises,which can effectively help vocational colleges to solve the problem of graduates’ employment difficulties.However,at present,enterprises lack enthusiasm and enthusiasm for enterprise-school cooperation,which leads to the wishful thinking of vocational colleges.Therefore,this paper takes the enterprise as the perspective and combines the specific case of cooperation between T Company and X Vocational and technical College to conduct in-depth investigation and research.In the process of investigation,analysis tools such as literature induction,questionnaire survey and case analysis are used to find the bottlenecks in the cooperation between T Company and X vocational college,such as low retention rate of internship students in T Company,students’ professional quality needs to be comprehensively improved and other problems.On the basis of analyzing and finding out the above cooperation bottlenecks,the index system of influencing factors for students to stay in enterprises is established with the support of the two-factor theory,strategic alliance theory and other related theories.After empirical analysis,it is concluded that the largest proportion of the case,the most influential factors of students to stay in the company.Based on the results of this study,combined with the practical experience of the author and experts and scholars in the field,the improvement measures are proposed for both parties,in order to enlighten the existing cooperation between enterprises and schools. |
