Research On The Whole Process Engineering Consulting Mode Based On BIM

In 2017,the whole process engineering consulting mode began to expand gradually in China,and consulting enterprises also explored and practiced.Although the involved parties and management elements of the project involve a lot of contents in the project,they are isolated in each stage of the project,which makes each participating department independent,and also leads to information island,fault and other phenomena.The management efficiency is also greatly low,and the advantages of the whole process of engineering consultation integration and collaborative management are difficult to play.This research takes the whole process engineering consulting project as the research object,aiming at the problems existing in the consulting,the BIM is applied to the whole process engineering consulting management tentatively.The main research contents are as follows:(1)To explore the application requirements of BIM in the whole process of engineering consulting,analyze the necessity of the integrated management of the whole process of engineering consulting from the internal and external environment,then use WBS(work breakdown structure)to decompose the work content and process in each stage,and then use case analysis and literature review to identify the BIM management information in the whole life cycle.At the same time,use semi-structured interview method to the above identification information is verified.(2)Based on the qualification requirements,multi-objective elements,charging methods and BIM management departments of the whole process engineering consultation,the organization structure of the whole process engineering consultation mode is designed on the basis of BIM.(3)According to the characteristics of the whole process project,the in-depth division of BIM model and the connection of all works and stages in the whole life cycle,the whole process engineering consulting mode based on BIM is constructed.On this basis,the paper analyzes the problem of building BIM information management platform,and according to the analysis of the problem,gives the solution,designs BIM information management business function module.(4)This study uses case study method to verify,taking Suzhou Olympic Sports Center project as a verification case,discusses the specific application of BIM information management of this project,and analyzes and proves the feasibility and efficiency of the whole process engineering consulting management based on BIM Technology.To sum up,this study uses literature research,semi-structured interviews,case analysis,WBS and comparative research methods,takes the information management in the whole process of engineering consulting as the research object,and combines BIM Technology with it to identify and summarize the needs of information management,so as to build a BIM based whole process engineering consulting model,and expounds the specific implementation mode of this model,so as to better the relevant enterprises BIM Technology is used to provide theoretical support for the whole process of engineering consulting project management.The paper has 66 pictures,24 tables and 113 references.
