Research On The Application Of BIM Technology In The Whole Process Engineering Consulting Field

Under the background of the deepening of supply-side structural reform in the national construction industry,relevant industries,enterprises,universities and scholars continue to carry out the theoretical research and practical exploration in the field of whole process consulting.However,each stage of the construction project is relatively independent,the participants do their own work,the management elements are complex,the information is asymmetrical,and the service fragmentation is difficult to coordinate management,making it difficult to coordinate management and to give full play to the advantages of the whole-process consultation and whole-life cycle integrate service.The application of BIM technology will effectively improve the information level of project management,break the information island,and promote the development and exploration of the whole-process of consulting services.The paper aims to explore the application mode of BIM technology in the whole process consulting management mode.It further analyzes the theoretical basis and application status of the whole process engineering consulting and BIM,studies the macro environment of the application of this mode through SWOT analysis method and put forward countermeasures,thus providing a good macro environment for the application.The paper focuses on the design of the application mode of actual case,through the recognition of the actual project problems,to solve the problem as the basis.First,setting up the whole process of engineering consulting services organization,and a platform that could satisfy the requirement of module BIM,then analyzing the design and construction phase of project requirements,reshaping the service process and according to the use of BIM technology how to solve the problems of specific stages to achieve BIM module value.The superiority of the whole process engineering consulting service and the advanced BIM technology are verified from the perspective of practice.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the application of specific projects,and promote the development of BIM technology and improve the whole-process engineering consulting services.
