Application Research Of BIM Technology In The Whole Process Consulting Of Engineering Project Management

Engineering consulting enterprises are constantly groping forward under the environment of the national active development of the whole process of engineering consulting,and find that the management difficulty and management problems are increasing in the course of their development.Because the whole process of engineering consulting involves more elements of the project,and each stage of the project is relatively independent,it makes the construction project appear information fault,information island and other phenomena,resulting in low efficiency of project management,and the integration of engineering consulting services,collaborative management and other advantages are difficult to play.For solving the above problems,by introducing BIM technology to improve the level of information management and coordination of all aspects of work.BIM the advent of technology,Full process consulting of modern construction project management provides reliable technical support,BIM technology can integrate fragmented work content information in the whole life cycle of the project,improve the level of information integration,and share information to promote the communication and cooperation of participants.The3 D model can also be used to simulate engineering projects,and the advantages of BIM technology can be brought into play to reduce the losses caused by traditional mode to construction engineering.This paper mainly takes the whole process engineering consulting project information as the research object,uses the BIM technology platform to integrate the fragmented engineering information organically,analyzes how the BIM technology uses its own superiority to bring into the whole life cycle of the project whole process engineering consultation,and explores an application management mode based on the BIM technology in the whole process engineering consultation.The main findings are as follows:(1)A literature review method is used to explore the theoretical knowledge of the whole process engineering consulting and BIM technology respectively.Finally,the paper summarizes the practical engineering application value of BIM technology,analyzes the problems existing in the traditional management organization mode ofengineering consulting,and leads to the whole process engineering consulting management organization mode.found the fit point of BIM and whole process consultation.(2)Using the work decomposition method,the work content information and work results of each stage of the whole process engineering consultation are sorted out,and the engineering information of the whole life cycle of the building is combined with the BIM technology to form a set of integrated information of the whole process engineering consultation based on the BIM technology.Through the theory of integrated management,the 3D information integrated management mode with time dimension and logical peacekeeping knowledge dimension as the main body is established.With the help of BIM platform,BIM information management needs to integrate all kinds of information obtained by project participants,and analyze three aspects of information model,information data and information sharing,and construct BIM with user layer,database layer,model layer and information layer platform,using the main application modules in the BIM platform to achieve all-round information cooperation and sharing of the project.(3)According to the characteristics of the whole process engineering consultation,combined with the BIM technology,this paper analyzes the basic work content of the whole stage of the building and the relationship between the various stages,establishes the integrated management mode BIM the whole process of the project,combines the work content of each stage with the whole process consultation process,subdivides the three-dimensional model of the work of each participant,and links the project engineering consulting results,solves the problems that can not be opened in each stage,and provides the basis for the effective integrated management of the whole process of the project.(4)With the help of real engineering cases,the traditional and BIM organizational structures of the project are evaluated,and the advantages of BIM integrated management are applied to the physical buildings,which proves that the project information management based on BIM can improve the efficiency of the project and the level of consulting services.In a word,through the comprehensive analysis of the information results and BIM technology of the whole process engineering consulting,combined with the commonness of the two,the integrated management mode of the whole process engineering consulting based on BIM technology is put forward,and the concrete application of the BIM is explained by the case,which provides theoretical and empirical support for the consulting organization in adopting the BIM technology in the project management of the whole process consulting.
