Since the strategic slogan of comprehensive promotion of the whole process engineering consulting(hereinafter referred to as "full consultation")model was proposed by China in 2017,domestic engineering consulting companies and the whole consulting business have developed rapidly.There is an urgent need to upgrade a group of consultant-level consulting companies that integrate information management methods and integrate BIM technology.Under this background,In order to enable the whole consulting company to apply BIM technology for integrated management,and provide a theoretical basis and technical support for a comprehensive evaluation of the project management effect.In this study,through combing the feasibility and necessity of deep integration of BIM technology engineering consulting under the full consulting model,and focus on the design and construction of the life cycle of the construction project,to discuss the method of multi-stage collaborative application and its effect evaluation method.The main content and results of this article are as follows:(1)The article uses Hall theory to build a three-dimensional model of the cooperative application of BIM technology in full consultation mode.From the knowledge dimension,time dimension and management content dimension,a collaborative framework that conforms to the characteristics of constructionprojects is created.At the same time,the system model is built through four collaborative goals,which provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation system research.(2)The article uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the relevant weights of the design and construction BIM technology collaborative application evaluation system under the full consultation mode.Composition quantitative analysis and scientific evaluation criteria in line with the needs of the current stage of development,to achieve a comprehensive analysis and quantitative evaluation of the application results in project engineering practice.(3)The article analyzes and discusses the integrated information management platform based on the BIM technology,and combines with empirical cases of actual construction projects.It verifies the scientificity of design and construction collaborative application based on BIM technology and the operability of the evaluation system.Through the above research,this article enables full-process engineering consulting companies to deeply apply BIM technology for integrated management,and provide comprehensive theories and practical solutions for comprehensive evaluation of project implementation effects.At the same time,the participants of the construction project will quantify the effect of implementing the cooperative application of BIM technology under the full consultation mode.
