The public and developers have paid more attention to green buildings with the rapid development of green buildings in recent years.However,the regionality of green building has not been realized by many developers,which leads to regional characteristics not reflected in many green buildings.The development of green building should adapt to the local natural conditions,human history and traditional culture due to the regionality.Meanwhile,the regional and environment factors should be combined to identify and evaluate the risk factors of green building development.Thus,there is need to perform risk assessment for green buildings on the basis of the unique natural environment,social culture and economic development in Chengdu.The specific procedures of risk assessment for green building development are as follows:(1)Based on field visits and literature researches,this paper combines with natural environment,social culture,policy system,economic development and technical support as well as the situations of project participants to identify the development risks of green building in Chengdu.The risk factors table of green building development is formed,including 19 risk factors of region situation and 35 risk factors of project participants.(2)The questionnaire investigation is set and granted to every expert who participates in the whole life cycle of green building in Chengdu based on the risk factor table of green building development.The intuitionistic triangular fuzzy number is applied to quantify the descriptive risk assessment information from the experts.Meanwhile,the multi-attribute group decision-making and entropy weight theory are used to determine attribute weights and synthetic judgement matrix.In addition,the comprehensive risk value is processed in the synthetic judgement matrix based on TOPSIS.Furthermore,the important sequence of green building development risk in Chengdu is determined to form the results of risk assessment.(3)According to experimental study,the risk factors of green building development are analyzed to obtain the results of risk assessment and give the response strategies.
