With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the power industry ushers in rapid development. Usually, the long construction period, large investment and complex construction of electric power project determine a variety of construction risks in the construction process. The construction risk management level of power construction project directly reflects the entire management level and state level of power construction enterprise, as well as the ability of enterprises to reduce risk loss and improve profitability level. More importantly, the safety and stability of power engineering is closely related with the life and property of people and the property safety of country. Therefore, it has a great significance for building a moderately prosperous society and comprehensive development of economy and society to take a good safety management.According to the fuzziness, uncertainty and complexity of electric power project construction risk, the risk factors easily neglected in construction process were digged out from the construction perspective. Firstly, an expert consultation in several rounds is taken by Delphy method and a decision-making index system of construction risk is established to improve the reliability of index system; Secondly, based on intuitionistic fuzzy numbers Choquet integral operator, the risk group decision-making model of electric power project is constructed by using fuzzy integral, fuzzy measure and intuitionistic fuzzy set theory, meanwhile, the construction risk group decision-making steps of electric power project is given; Finally, the project group decision-making method is verified through the example. The verification results show that the method is feasible and effective and can achieve the purpose to select the optimal scheme. the index system and decision-making method proposed in this paper expanded the decision-making ideas and methods of the electric power project. |
