Research On Risk Management During Construction Of D Project

Construction project management is a scientific and systematic system,and project risk management(PRM)is a very important segment.In the process of construction,through project risk identification,risk analysis and risk response measures,we can realize the increment of project management,and provide valuable experience reference for similar projects,which has high theoretical value and practical significance for business management.D project is a innovative business and cultural entertainment center of the Group.Because of its innovative technology content,huge project cost and huge amount of engineering,there are many management risks in the process of construction.This paper takes the construction process of the D project as the research period(2014~2018),and studies the various risk management activities in the project by participating in the project management as the construction company.First,according to the theory,principles and methods of project risk identification,we build a risk identification index system,to identify the main risks in the construction process of D project.The identification methods used mainly include brainstorming and expert experience,and then build the risk assessment index system such as modular planning,safety production,organization and management,key processes,special equipment and so on.This evaluation system focuses on the construction process,and solves the problem of risk management from the angle of construction management and control.Then,take the risk assessment index system construction for the frame,using LSR method,which is simple and easy to determine the risk,that is the impact of risk=the possibility of risk*the consequences of risk.By collecting the score information of the expert group,analyzing the main risks in the project,then calculating and summing up,and finally the information table and the basic conclusions of the risk assessment are obtained.Based on the final risk analysis results,take the effective response measures as organization guarantee,project management,security management,critical path optimization,and special equipment control,through specific risk management activities,to reduce the risk loss and avoid risk,to realize reasonable allocation of project resources efficiently,and complete the overall objectives of the project.
