Reseach On Project Risk Management Of Weifang Cross-strait Exchange Center

With the rapid development of Weifang economy,people's standard of living increased significantly,more and more cultural needs,especially the medium income consumers for high quality life and the increasing demand of leisure and entertainment places.Spacious,comfortable,diversification of the service function of cultural exchange has become an important part of improving people's living environment,Weifang cross-strait exchange center project also became the important construction project of Weifang area.Currently,modern hotel has not yet formed perfect project risk management theory system,an authoritative set of methods in real estate risk has not yet formed in China.So in this paper,risk identification,risk assessment and risk response conduct in-depth study not only has a strong theoretical value,but also has significant practical significance.Based on the researches on the status of the development of the hotels,Weifang cross-strait exchange center projects for the study,analysis of investment decision-making phase of the project,construction stage and the investment risks that exist in the project sales phase identification and then assess the risks identified.Finally,the project risk prevention and control measures are put forward.This paper is divided into six chapters: Chapter 1 Introduction section introduces the research background,significance,research status,clear contents and research methods;Chapter 2 is the full text of the theoretical foundation,introduced the project management theory,the project risk management theory,identification method investment risk,investment risk assessment approach,investment risk response methods;Chapter 3 focuses on the research object Weifang cross-strait exchange center projects introduction,the main contents include basic information for the project,Construction planning and overall layout,market situation analysis;Chapter 4 three stages of Weifang cross-strait exchange center projects were developed risk identification,and to identify risk is evaluate;Chapter 5 In view of the investment decision-making stage,project construction and project management risk prevention and control measures are given respectively;Chapter 6,the contents of the results of the study and summarize the results obtained,the next step in the research work prospects.
