Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise and an inexhaustible motive force to promote its development.At present,the new energy industry is in a period of transformation and development,and market competition is intensifying.New energy companies can no longer rely solely on production capacity and scale to increase market sales to increase revenue.They need to continuously promote the construction of corporate culture and improve the level of corporate cultural construction to ensure long-term business.healthy growth.This article takes N New Energy Co.,Ltd.as the research object,based on the four-level structure model of corporate culture construction,and uses case analysis and interview methods to analyze N New Energy companies from the four levels of spiritual culture,system culture,behavior culture,and material culture.The current situation of cultural construction,existing problems and their causes,and countermeasures are analyzed systematically.According to the research,the construction of N New Energy's corporate culture mainly includes the problems of employees' inadequate understanding of the corporate spirit and culture,as well as the weak innovation consciousness and inadequate innovation spirit of employees;at the institutional level,the implementation of the reward and punishment system is not in place,and corporate culture and Inadequate integration of corporate systems;at the behavioral level,employees are not actively participating in cultural and sports activities,and internal communication is not smooth;at the material level,there is insufficient integration of office functional zoning and work links,and backward product packaging and design..The main causes of the above problems include: first,at the spiritual level,management does not pay attention to the promotion of corporate spirit and culture,and at the same time,incentive mechanisms such as the cultivation of innovative spirit need to be improved;second,at the institutional level,business leaders do not take the lead in complying with the reward and punishment system,corporate culture The construction of a specialized agency has not yet been established;the third is that at the behavioral level,the design of corporate cultural and sports activities is unreasonable,and an effective communication mechanism needs to be constructed;the fourth is that at the material level,the enterprise planning department has not implemented the site planning in place,and the product design department lacks professional personnel and Funding.On this basis,the objectives and principles for the optimization of N New Energy's corporate culture construction are put forward.Based on the problems and lessons learned,the optimization content of N New Energy's corporate culture construction is put forward,namely: First,at the spiritual level,the whole Employees to participate in spiritual and cultural training,create a good atmosphere of innovation,cultivate advanced innovation models,and improve innovation incentives;second,at the institutional level,improve the reward and punishment system,establish a full-time department of corporate culture construction,and improve the construction of corporate management systems;At the behavior level,establish a coordinated and effective communication mechanism,strengthen the cultivation of corporate employees' behavioral qualities,and use corporate cultural activities to regulate the good behaviors of corporate employees.Fourth,at the material level,design office environments based on work needs to improve the product quality and packaging design level of the company.Establish a comprehensive corporate culture communication network.Finally,the study proposes specific optimization steps and safeguard measures.The research not only has a positive effect on improving the level of corporate culture construction of N New Energy Company and the promotion of corporate development,but also provides some reference and reference for the construction of other new energy company corporate culture.
