Research On Integration Of Urban Design And Regulatory Plan For The Shuangdong Lake District Of Dongshan

Since the reform and opening up,China has experienced unprecedented rapid urbanization in the world.By the end of 2018,China's urbanization rate has reached59.58%.The rapid urbanization development and urban expansion in the past 40 years have led to a large number of high-rise buildings in the city.The city is changing with each passing day and has achieved remarkable achievements.At the same time,however,problems such as the deterioration of the city and the urban living environment have gradually arisen.Especially in many counties with both urban and rural characteristics,the lack of local planning has often led to the absence of these urban features.Nowadays,with more and more attention paid to the quality of urban space environment,how to solve the problems left over from the previous rapid urbanization,improve the quality of urban space,and strengthen the effective management and control of urban development have become the concerns of all sectors of society,and the importance of urban design is increasing day by day.In particular,the introduction of the “ Urban Design Management Measures ” in 2017 broke the "institutional dilemma" that the status of urban design has not been clear for a long time,and clearly proposed that urban design should be combined with regulation.However,how to achieve the true integration of the two can not only strengthen the legal status of urban design,but also make up for the lack of control regulations on urban space environment control,and effectively guide urban construction,which is worth studying and discussing.This study takes the regulation and urban design of Shuangdong Lake area in Dongshan County as the research object.Firstly,the development process and practical exploration experience of regulatory and urban design are traced,and the developmentconditions and layout characteristics of regulatory and urban design schemes of Shuangdong Lake area are sorted out,so as to find the integration point of urban design and control regulations.Secondly,the research is carried out separately for the three entry points.First,in terms of environmental capacity control,on the basis that the control regulations basically determine the spatial structure and land use layout of the Shuangdong Lake area,the overall development capacity is corrected through the introduction of urban design factors,and relevant indicators such as floor area ratio,building density,and green space rate are strengthened.The control emphasizes the natural landscape pattern.Second,the public space control is to highlight the public service and tourism service functions of the Shuangdong Lake area.The Arc Gis platform is used to analyze the urban axis and the corridor,and to strengthen the control and environment of the public space system such as open space and street space.Quality guidance.Thirdly,the architectural form control is a powerful complement to the urban design control and control.The Arcscene and other software are used to analyze the construction height and skyline control of the Shuangdong Lake area under the background of the mountains around Dongshan County,and propose architectural styles for local characteristics.Guidance requirements with color and other aspects.Finally,the idea and implementation path of the plan and the guide are proposed,and the corresponding relationship between the control element and the hierarchical level is determined,as well as the control method with equal emphasis on rigidity and flexibility,in order to promote the connection between the urban design and the statutory planning system.
