A Research On The Improvement Method Of Residential Space Quality Inthe Level Of Regulatory Plan

Housing is of great significance to the urban development and life quality in the city.Nowadays,the core value of housing development has shifted to the pursuit of quality rather than the quantity.This has led to the quality evolution of household space.However,the quality of public space in residential area and community are not satisfactory.In single residential area,the quality of public space is negatively impacted by inadequate area,inappropriate planning layout,and developing method.In residential community,the public space is paid little attention in the urban design process.Without the well-considered guide of further design,the public space in community can easily become poor in quality,which led to the negative experience of residents.To build a better city for better quality of life,it is urgent to improve the quality of space in residential area and community.Unlike household space,these two kinds of space are more likely to be influenced by planning factors rather than architectural design.For example,the planning index of building density determines the amount of available space,the layout of public green space influences the outdoor activities of residents.Therefore,we should carefully consider the planning factors in the research of these two kinds of space.This thesis aims at improving the quality of public space in residential area and community with a planning-level view of research.The thesis emphasizes how planning index and urban design process influence the quality of the two kinds of space,and draw conclusions on planning strategies,which can improve the quality of space in residential area and community.
