Application Of Value Engineering In Intelligent Building Engineering Management

With the popularization and application of electronic and information technology in construction engineering,a new field,weak current intelligent engineering,has emerged in the construction industry.In recent years,the research on the technology application and project management of weak current intelligent engineering is increasing gradually,but the current research is either in favor of technology application or in favor of the overall method research of project management,and the research on the combination of intelligent professional technology and project management is not enough.This paper starts with the typical "5A" system of the weak current intelligent project,applies the principle and analysis method of value engineering,takes the actual project as an example,analyzes and designs the optimization scheme for the two typical subsystems of the weak current intelligent project by applying the theory of value engineering,realizes the combination of the weak current intelligent technology and the engineering management method,which is the value engineering in the weak current intelligent project.The application of management provides a representative idea.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The background and development status of weak current intelligent engineering are described,the contents and characteristics of weak current intelligent engineering are studied,the differences between weak current intelligent engineering management and general installation engineering management are analyzed,and the three main characteristics of building intelligent system which are different from other systems in the project are summarized.“ The research on the development of 5A "system technology shows the development process and current application level of the main technologies of building intelligent engineering.(2)From the five aspects of the main characteristics of value engineering,decision-making process,research methods,calculation formulas and value promotion approaches,it combines with the weak current intelligent engineering,and provides practical methods and ideas for the application of value engineering in the weak current intelligent engineering.(3)Through the project case,the optimization schemes of two typical systems are analyzed in detail.According to the practical application process and the obtained quantitative results of value engineering,the feasibility,operability and effectiveness of the application of value engineering method in the weak current intelligent project are verified.(4)Affirm the important role of value engineering theory in weak current intelligent project,think about the shortcomings of value engineering theory in application,and put forward the improvement direction.The value engineering method adopted in this paper can also be applied to the investment design stage and operation maintenance stage of intelligent projects,which has certain reference value for the follow-up related research.
