Long-term program,quality first.Quality is always the core factor to judge the quality of engineering projects.In railway construction projects,the weak current system engineering is an important part which not only has high technical requirements,but also involves many links and complicated design,and its project quality directly affects the quality level of the whole railway project.At present,compared with the development level of national economy and the strategic standard of national quality power,there is still some room for improvement in the quality of China's railway weak current system engineering.Qianjiang-Zhangjiajie-Changde Railway is an important part of the Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal high-speed railway in China.It is a high-speed railway with a designed speed of 200 km/h.The weak current system engineering of Qianjiang-Zhangjiajie-Changde Railway is a part of the control engineering of the railway system.In the current construction process,we are faced with some quality management problems.Strengthening quality management is an important measure to guarantee the quality level of the whole railway construction project and to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the construction of weak current system project.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background,the significance and the current situation of the research.And the project quality management theory,PDCA quality management theory,quality spiral curve theory and other relevant theories are summarized to guide the follow-up study.Secondly,by describing the status quo of the weak current system engineering project ofQianjiang-Zhangjiajie-Changde Railway,it describes the existing organization,process,and quality control measures of the project regarding quality management.It also points out that there are many quality conflicts between departments,high frequency of quality management problems,and excessive reliance on labor teams for project quality.The reasons include the defects in the project quality management organization,the imperfect quality process control measures,the failure to reach the quality control measures guidelines and standards in key links,and the lack of the concept of continuous improvement.Thirdly,on the basis of the above,this paper proposes targeted optimization measures,including optimizing the quality management organization of the project,improving the whole-process quality control system of the project,strengthening the quality management of key links of the project,and continuously improving the quality management based on PDCA.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures of project quality management,including carrying out engineering quality education,improving the quality consciousness of all staff,establishing quality management evaluation system and incentive measures,strict safety management,and improving the safety consciousness.Based on the theoretical guidance of project quality management,this paper puts forward some measures to improve the quality management of the weak current system engineering project of Qianjiang-Zhangjiajie-Changde Railway,and provides some references for the improvement of the quality management of similar projects.
