With the rapid development of China’s economy,the construction industry has developed rapidly.Since the reform and opening up,the total output value of the construction industry has increased year by year,and the construction industry has been in a stable pillar low position in the GDP.However,in recent years,with the shortage of labor force and the increase of human resource cost in the construction industry,the construction cost continues to increase and the construction profit space is constantly squeezed.Deepening design,as an emerging industry,can effectively solve the problems in the construction of a design,optimize the space,reduce waste,can create good benefits for construction enterprises.However,at present,insufficient attention is paid to the deepening of design management,which makes it difficult to give full play to the advantages of deepening design and create more value for enterprises.This paper takes YAJ Company’s deepening design management as the object of study.Firstly,the research status of project management,cutting-edge construction technology and MEP design in construction industry at home and abroad is described.Secondly,the basic situation and management status of YAJ company are introduced.By comparing the development status of YAJ Company with the development strategy of the superior Y company,some problems are found and the reasons are analyzed.At present,Y Company has strong construction ability but weak design ability,which makes it difficult to adapt to the development trend of EPC and is inconsistent with its strategic development goal of integrated design and construction.Therefore,the optimization strategy is put forward from five aspects of strategic positioning adjustment,organizational measures,management measures and incentive measures.From the perspective of long-term development,strategic positioning adjustment,organizational measures and design incentives are the keys to improve the design ability and adapt to the strategic development.However,these changes are difficult and require a lot of resources.The recent optimization strategy that is close to reality is to deepen design management optimization based on lean management thought.Finally,through the analysis of two cases,the implementation effect,existing problems and improvement measures of applying lean management strategy are compared. |
