In recent years,with the rapid development and extensive application of information technology,the rise of building intelligence has brought development opportunities to the weak current engineering industry,and the market competition has become increasingly fierce.Weak current engineering projects must introduce modern project management models to improve efficiency and control costs in order to seek business opportunities.The continued long-term development.This paper takes A company as the research object,analyzes the importance of project management in weak current project,and explores the optimization measures of project management from the aspects of schedule control,cost control and management means.As a popular discipline,project management has drawn extensive attention from the whole society.It learns advanced foreign project management methods and combines with the actual conditions of the domestic industry to gradually establish and develop a project management system that conforms to China's national conditions.Project management has its common features and its inherent characteristics in different fields.The same holds true for weak current project management.First of all,the weak current project requires coordination with the progress requirements of the main project;secondly,the weak current project depends on the building and has relevance with other systems and needs mutual cooperation,extensive communication and coordination;again,the weak current project belongs to high technology and has strong comprehensiveness.The structure is complex and feature-rich,involving multiple disciplines,including system integration and information technology.After a period of rapid expansion,the weak current industry has also gradually matured.The industry's development focus has also been transformed into enhancing internal management capabilities and improving the overall level of competition.In recent years,with the gradual increase of market competition,Company A has not been very satisfactory in terms of operation.It is clearly aware that only Company attaches importance to cost control,strengthens progress management,uses advanced management methods to integrate resources,and enhances its overall management capabilities.Effectively enhancing the efficiency of enterprises can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and occupy a favorable position in the fierce market competition.Based on the above situation,this paper wants to systematically analyze and study the status quo of A company weak current project management,find out the company's problems in project management,and find countermeasures to improve the company's project schedule control,project cost control and management tools.Comprehensive strength,in order to enhance the company's overall project management capabilities.It is hoped that the optimization measures proposed in this paper can provide a reference for similar enterprises,and hopes to explore the possible ways and directions for the further growth and development of SMEs in the industry by studying the practical application of project management in weak current projects.
