Intelligent Building Construction Project Management

With the process of global information and the development of information industry, intelligent building has been attracting more and more attention, so does the intelligent building project management. But as the development of intelligent building is rapid, the updating technology cycle is faster and faster, and many disciplines and management are involved, the management has been far behind the corresponding development of the intelligent technology.Based on above-mentioned backdrop, combining with the intelligent projects of the second long-distance telecommunications hub which the author mastermind in Changsha city, the dissertation discussed and researched the intelligent building project management at various stages. Main content of this dissertation includes followings:(1) In this dissertation, the author contraposes the definition of intelligent building in various countries and regions, analyses the characteristics and deficiency of the definition, and makes a definition of intelligent building in his opinion.(2) The intelligent composition and the system integration of intelligent building are introduced in this paper. At the same time, in view of the intelligent construction problems, the author discusses its future trends.(3) In this paper, the feasibility of intelligent building is discussed, such as investment-benefit analysis and comprehensive evaluation. Calculating construction costs of intelligent building, the author proposed the new method which applyed the new methodology taking into account the cost of intelligent building. At the same time, the author used the analytic approach of the level to assess decision-making of the construction programme.(4) The status and Existing problem of intelligent building are anysised.(5) The project management in the construction phase are discussed inthis paper, including project management model -- weak electricitygeneral contracting model, the project objectives, project managers, progress, quality and cost control, project management, contract management , information projects, the relationship between the parties and the communication coordination.(6) Combining with the intelligent projects of the second long-distance telecommunications hub which the author mastermind in Changsha city, the instance analysis to the project management of intelligent building are carried on the paper.
